Aw yeah..a classical music mix for all the knitters in the hizzouse. 60 minutes of that REAL old school style. Break out the tea and crumpets yo, 'cause this party's just gettin' started. It'll only be up for 24 hours though, and then? We ghost, son.
Decepticon saboteur Soundwave has set his sights on taking over the Groove Locker! A furious battle of wills ensues, and the sound of destruction and metal are deafening. Will humanity win out?
I was always captivated by the musical parts of the old Fat Albert cartoon. Rudy was the only one with an instrument that looked like it could actually play musical notes, but those animated Philly kids were the hottest band we never really got to hear.
So I made an album of songs they MIGHT have played - funky, ecletic, junk-sounding songs. I don't know what they might have called the record, but here it goes. Enjoy, and remember: na na na, gonna have a good time...Hey Hey Hey!
No one has more slow jams than Prince. Here are two hours of the classics, as well as some remixes and deep craters. If you can't get the job done after almost two hours of this potion? They really don't want you.
This is a level 2 mix (meaning its safe for newcomers as well as fans). It has a spot of hardcore collector in there, so it's really more like a 2.5.
Hear what Prince's waterbed sounds like now!
These tracks, for one reason or another, make me laugh just about every time I hear them. Some of them for obvious reasons, some less so. What can I say: I have a distinct sense of humor. This episode is a little language-loaded, so you've been warned. Also, I dropped some coomedian bits in as segues. here's hoping this mix makes you LOL.
You know the call: the one from your drunk paramour trying to find out if you're up and doing anything...at 3 AM. These are playa tracks, some tough, some smooth...all full of groove. You get the club vibe that turns into the call that turns into the rest of a very lucky night.
Enjoy!
Respect the music, son.
This man has so much to choose from it's hard to pick just an hour and a half's worth. I picked my favorites and a few no true MJ mix would be complete without. Also have some traditionally rare demos.
RIP.
Thought you were all alone? You're not. Everyone needs a little emotional tuning now and then, especially when you become an ex, break-up with an ex, bump into an ex in the mall with their new S.O....you know how it goes.
